I’m happy to welcome you to the Banwell Community Church website.
A Christian church can play an important and unique role in a community. It can be a welcoming and safe experience for some. For others, becoming part of a church can act as a dynamic catalyst, helping them to discover purpose and fulfillment. Above all, the purpose of this church is integrally bound in the person of Jesus, whose influence and presence seem as remarkably fresh in the 21st century as when He first walked and ministered through rural Palestine.
Our hope as the Banwell congregation is to use all the tools at our disposal to help create meaningful experiences in the areas of worship, mission, personal growth, and fellowship for all ages, as we sense God leading us.
That’s where you come in. A church is more than a building or program … it is really a people. We believe that God has sent us on a mission and that all of our resources are but means to the end of letting the love of God loose in our community.
